Open Computer Vision - OpenCV - Tools

opencv_test0.zip (1 MB) This very small program shows you how to use OpenCV on Windows using Borland C++ Builder (6 in this case). The file contains everything needed (DLL, lib files in OMF format, include files,...). You don't even have to install openCV on your computer !!
